When contacting me for a commission please be sure to have payment/day of payment prepared. If payment is not received by the promised date your slot will be removed and given to someone else.
I have the complete right to refuse a commission if my queue is too long or I feel uncomfortable with said person or character. I will NEVER accept fursonas with any type of feral nsfw art/ref sheets. (Sfw feral ONLY is fine.) Nor will I accept A.I art as refs.
By commissioning me, you agree to not use any of my art for AI or AI training purposes, if I find out you do you will be black listed immediately.
I have full rights to post the wips (work in progress) and complete artwork I have finished as examples/shown in my portfolio. If said artwork is a gift and you need me to hold off posting it, this can be discussed. When posting the artwork, proper credit must be given to me, and possible base artists.When commissioning me I require a FLAT color reference sheet or reference photos. I will not accept shaded reference sheets as this makes it difficult to have the correct colors on the art piece. I prefer not to work off description unless it is a custom oc or simplistic design. Please email me your ref sheet/send it as a file, as a lot of social media brings down the picture quality.I require you to be 18+ when ordering from me, I will not sell to minors, by accepting my TOS you AGREE you are an adult. Although, if you are ordering a NSFW piece from me, I will require ID. (I only need to see your date of birth, you can cover up the rest.)If you plan on using any of my work for commercial use it MUST be discussed prior, and a 50% fee of the price for the work will be applied for this use.Timing:The latest completion time can be up to 2-3 months from the order date, that does not mean it'll take this long, it just gives me wiggle room between commissions. During holidays this is important as my queue tends to be larger. This wait time can often be sooner, depending on my queue. Please be aware that I do not work on commissions Saturday or Sunday unless I want to, those are my days off.Please provide all information you’d like in the art piece when ordering, this helps your commission be done faster as I do not have to go back and forth in our conversation to gather information. A wip will be given at the completion of the sketching stage, and flat color stage before shading if shading is being done. During the sketch phase, changes can be requested (nothing drastic unless I am at fault.) Heavy edits/changes will cost extra as long as I am not at fault for a mistake.Communication:

Though this can be discussed if needed. I will send my account link for you to pay, only pay through goods and services to protect both you and me. If paypal, do NOT write what it is for in the description as paypal has been banning accounts for art or nsfw.If the commission is needed by a certain date, this must be discussed before payment, a rush fee of 40% will be added to the final price. If you did not discuss a rush date prior, a rush fee of 50% will be added from the final price and it will be expected immediately.Refunds/charge backs that have not been discussed will result in a permanent black listing from future commissions from me. If you request a refund after commissioning me, and no work has been started yet (And I am still within my completion dates) you will only receive 75% of the money back. If work has been started, and I am still within my completion date, you will only receive 20% back and a strike towards my black listing. (3 strikes results in a permanent black list.)After the final copy of the commission is sent and approved by you, it CANNOT be edited. Please be sure it is correct before approving it, I do not hold onto the files after it is approved. I cannot edit it from the copy I sent you, as it does not have the layers to be corrected.If you break the TOS, it can result in strikes/black listing from my commissions. I will send you updates/messages when I start your work. If you consistently message me about the work despite reading and agreeing to this, you can be pushed back in my queue for up to three weeks. If you continue to do so even after this, it can result in strikes to be black listed. If you have read through and accepted this information, type the word “Trash” back in our conversation.
